The Victoria Generals of the Texas Collegiate League have announced that Blake Koch will serve as the team’s general manager for the upcoming season.  Koch was the teams assistant coach during the team’s inaugural season in 2009.

Koch is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons College where he played baseball and was a two-year all-conference catcher.  He also played for two years at McLennan Community College under Generals head coach Chris Clemons. 

In their very first season, the Victoria Generals made it to the championship round of the Texas Collegiate League.  They eventually lost to the Coppell Copperheads.
